Review: I originally booked a party on March **, 2014 at Coliseum for May *, 2015. On March **, I called to let [redacted] know I realized I could no longer have a party on that date. He mentioned to me that they were only open Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and to come back to the Coliseum the following Wednesday for a full credit. [redacted] graciously (originally at that time) told me to return to Coliseum in person so he could refund my $5,000 deposit to my credit card. He then ripped the original contract up in front of me, shook my hand and deemed it null and void and gave me the attached printed out from his credit card machine stating he credited back the money. He mentioned his reputation and that word of mouth is how he gets business. He and I both discussed that once I was able to secure another date and if his venue was available I could rebook another date with him. Unfortunately, now [redacted] as it turns out fraudulently never posted the credit or did what is required to refund me my money back thru the credit card. Not sure why he has not honored his word or his actions and finalized the credited transaction. The bottom line is he needs to complete the credit as promised. The attached receipt shows the credit, the time and date with the correct monetary deposit being refunded. This man is a fraud and should not be able to get away with trying to deceive and lie to people.Desired Settlement: Honor full credit issued on March ** ,2014.
