payment arrangement with the consumer on March 17, 2015 and the final payment was on July 5, 2015. At that time, a receipt was e-mailed to the consumer in which he would sign and send back. Once we received the signed receipt then a Paid-in-Full letter would be sent to the consumer. Per company policy, if a signed receipt is not received by our office, then the Paid letter is not sent until we are sure the payment has cleared and has not been charged back. Usually this is a 30-60 day period. We did not receive a signed receipt from the consumer and thus had to wait the allotted time to send the Paid letter. Unfortunately during this time, we did not receive correspondence from the consumer at any point.Once we were notified by your office that the consumer was attempting to speak with us, a phone call was made and we did speak with the consumer. We immediately sent a Paid-in-Full letter to the consumer via email and we also are sending out a hard copy via the US mail. The consumer has updated all his information in regards to contacting us and was satisfied with the outcome. We do regret the miscommunication and will make sure consumers are aware of the policies of our company and have the correct information to contact us if necessary.We would like to thank you for making us aware of the situation and the professionalism in which it was handled.Regards,Alexander M[redacted]Collaborative Resolution Group, LLC

Upon being informed from Mr. [redacted]that He was disputing the original debt and would like no more calls the files was sent to myoffice.At this time, the telephone number linked to Mr. [redacted] has been documented as an incorrect number and removed from the file. Mr. [redacted] will not receive any more phone calls from CRG and his file has been closed and sent back to the original creditor.
