Hi [redacted] , I'm very sorry you had a bad experience with Collage.com, and thank you for bringing it to our attention so we can make it right We've gone through our automated emails to make sure they all contain language making clear that coupons cannot be combined with each other or with other site promotions, which we've also made clear on our site's help pages: [redacted] What order were you trying to place? The issue happened before the emails have been adjusted. The business should honor their coupons seeing that it did not state that the coupons could not be combined. The business has yet to solve the problem.
