This company allowed an employee/Repo man to make fake" legal documents" Claiming too be from an Attorney, using there Company's Physical address on the document letterheads. These fake Documents were sent via Certified mail too our home

The forms were signed by [redacted] from Xpress title loans the vehicle was released to her while you were on the property

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did accept partial refund of my fee as the only alternative to litigation The company person I spoke with, ***, indicated they had various documentation of attempts to recover my property, which I requested copies of but none have been sentThe fact remains that I told the company exactly where the property was at specific times on several occasions and they did not recover itThe times they said they tried to make recovery were pathetic (ex: going by the business on a Christmas holiday weekend-when most people are Not at work- after I had given them the work schedule of the debtor)In any case, I am still awaiting the refund Regards, [redacted]

WE have received your complaint and all accusations are incorrectWe repossessed the vehicle on 7/21/at 12:am we took it back to the address of [redacted] Austin texas At or around 12pm when the businesses was open for regular hours, the customer entered our lot without permission, stealing her car and driving off without permissionWe then called local police to report the card stolen, our driver was able to follow her, she then knew that she was in the wrong and returned vehicle to yard immediately, when then advised her she needed to stay and wait for law enforcement she never told the officer that she was assaulted in any way until they were telling her that grand thief auto charges would be pressed against herAs far as our driver hitting her truck with our company tow truck is false, she backed up into our company truck while she returned vehicle to our lot

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As I stated in my previous response, I did not sign anything and I did inform both of you that there were damages to my vehicle that were not there before your drivers picked it up at my homeI also disagree with your poorly written response stating that your drivers picked up my vehicle from a hospital( WHAT HOSPITAL?) I have witnesses that saw your drivers in my yard and one that watched everything, including how they pulled my car out of my carport from the rear and dragged it into the streetThen they went around it and picked it up from the frontI have provided your Insurance company with their names and phone numbersI also have the piece of torn envelope that one of your drivers wrote down the name, address, phone number and Reference number on So once again, I ask you how did your drivers pick my car up at a hospital when it was parked in my carport on September 30th, between 9:and 9:pm? I believe your statement to be untruthful or a lie, which ever one you want to use I asked for written documentation from your company that would allow you or anyone else to open up my locked vehicle, Which you stated you do not have anyYour company has not provided me with any information that would have allowed you access into my vehicle, therefore you broke/violated my contract that stated I had days to pay my debt in full with Xpress, Which I didCollateral Recovery has broken/violated my contract and that's the truth, no matter how you look at it This matter has caused me undue stress and the loss of my personal items, I feel so violated that someone that I do not know was in my vehicle and going thru my personal belongings Regards, [redacted]

The documents that we uploaded and provided states that the vehicle was inspected and all personal property was verified therefore it holds Collateral Recovery Team not responsibleRead the document that was uploaded

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I have never seen either of those documentsIf your going to write a letter at least be professional about itAs for the one document with the picture and signature on it, I have never seen before and if your trying to say that is me and my signature, your lncorrectI will still persue action against Collateral RecoveryDid they do an inventory of my vehicle when they broke into it? What was listed on it? Where are the pictures that were supposedly taken when my vehicle arrived? Why was there damage to my doors from Collateral Recovery breaking into my vehicle? Once again, I told *** about the damage and that there were items missing from my vehicle before I left the property
Regards,
*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I did accept partial refund of my fee as the only alternative to litigation.  The company person I...

spoke with, [redacted], indicated they had various documentation of attempts to recover my property, which I requested copies of but none have been sent. The fact remains that I told the company exactly where the property was at specific times on several occasions and they did not recover it. The times they said they tried to make recovery were pathetic (ex: going by the business on a Christmas holiday weekend-when most people are Not at work- after I had given them the work schedule of the debtor). Here is a statement from [redacted] he lady that was actually helping the customer and a signed released that states that all personal items we verified and vehicle was inspected before leaving the lot.

WE have received your complaint and all accusations are incorrect. We repossessed the vehicle on 7/21/2016 at 12:45 am we took it back to the address of [redacted] Austin texas 78723. At or around 12pm when the businesses was open for regular hours, the customer entered our lot...

without permission, stealing her car and driving off without permission. We then called local police to report the card stolen, our driver was able to follow her, she then knew that she was in the wrong and returned vehicle to yard immediately, when then advised her she needed to stay and wait for law enforcement she never told the officer that she was assaulted in any way until they were telling her that grand thief auto charges would be pressed against her. As far as our driver hitting her truck with our company tow truck is false, she backed up into our company truck while she returned vehicle to our lot.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: This...

information is untrue. I informed them that items were missing from my car before I left and that there was damage to my vehicle before I ever left the premises, I took pictures of my car as proof. I was given one story by [redacted] saying they had a right to go into my vehicle in four days, but when asked if they had any type of documentation stating this I was told no. when I called again the next day, the lady told me that my vehicle arrived unlocked. I locked and set my alarm before my vehicle left my home. So some one is lying. My contract that I have states that I had 10 days to reclaim my vehicle, which I did way before that time was up.  They had no legal right to break into my vehicle and steal my belongings. I will continue to file with any and every agency that I can to hold them accountable.
They never showed me any pictures of my vehicle or a list of contents showing they did an inventory of what was in my car. Once again, they violated my contract of 10 days and could not provide any documentation stating they could enter my car. The damage from them doing so is very visable.

Regards,
[redacted]

We would need the last 6 of the VIN number in order to know who we are talking about.  Please provide that so I can investigate the claim.

I asked for written documentation from your company that would allow you or anyone else to open up my locked vehicle, Which you stated you do not have any. Your company has not provided me with any information that would have allowed you access into my vehicle, therefore you broke/violated my contract that stated I had 10 days to pay my debt in full with Xpress, Which I did.     This matter has caused me undue stress and the loss of my personal items, I feel so violated that someone that I do not know was in my vehicle and going thru my personal belongings.
