This person is not our customer

In response to this complaint, this inquiring person requested additional pictures of products that is unfortunately not possibleOur sales representative tried to explain this, but the customer was actually demanding and rude to a point he almost had our sales rep in tears
I then had to
take over the conversation, and after explaining the same thing that the sales rep had, was greeted with and attitude that was unacceptable including the use of my Lord's name in vainI then hung up and completed the conversation

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 
The owner's response is completely false. He and his sales person were both rude to me. I did not take the name of "his Lord"...or my Lord...or anyone's Lord...in vain. 
 
When talking to the sales rep. I had pointed out some inconsistencies in the product I was interested in and was viewing on their website. There was basically a correct version and an incorrect version. The sales rep told be they had both versions but that the one that she was looking at (while on the phone with me) was not quite correct either. I had requested a photograph so I could ascertain whether or not I would proceed with placing an order...or not. I did not want to go to the trouble of placing an order only to receive a product I would have to return and incur further expense in doing so. I thought it was in everyone's best interest if they could simply take a photo of the product in question and email it to me. I did not see this to be an unreasonable request in any way, shape or form. The sales rep denied the request saying that "they were not staffed for that." 
 
Again she had the product in hand while I was on the phone with her. I asked her if she had a cell phone on her with a camera. She replied that she did. I then suggested that she just take a photo of the product and just email it to me. Again, sounds like a pretty simple request but she said she could not or would not.
 
I then requested to talk to a manager who may be able to help me. The gentleman who I was transferred to was terse and overbearing with me from the get go and was yelling at me saying that Rawlings (the manufacturer) doesn't make all of the products the same and that if I placed an order I would basically have no idea of I was getting. Basically, I would have to accept whatever they sent...regardless of whether or not they had foreknowledge of the incorrect version being sent. "Whatever yo get, you get" he said.
 
I asked him on two occasions why he was speaking in the tone he was speaking in and asked him to identify himself. At that time he said his name was [redacted] and that he was the owner of the company and he hung up on me.
 
This was absolutely customer service at its worst...actually there was no customer service. It was non existent. These types of people should not be dealing directly with the public. They have no idea how deal with people. Heaven forbid that a customer or potential customer ask a question about a product. The company will give them a 30 second diatribe and hang up on them. I think they just want to sell stuff on the internet and not have to field questions on their products. 
 
Then he lies in his response. At no point in time was his sales rep "almost in tears." That is absurd. Then he pretends to be an upright religious type who claims that I took his Lord's name in vain." If he truly was a "Christian" business man I would never had received the treatment I got.

Review: I found this company on ebay and found that they ran an internet business. I had a very simple question on a product so I called them after finding their contact info. Based on photos they had on their website, it was apparent to me that they had some accurately painted helmets and some inaccurately painted helmets. I was simply trying to find out if it was possible to make sure before ordering that I would be sent the correctly painted helmet. The "customer service" person I spoke to was not helpful at all. After her refusal to answer simple questions, she put me on hold and a male picked up the phone and told me that Rawlings (the manufacturer of the helmet) sent the helmets in various paint configurations and you get whatever we send you and hung up on me. I called back thinking that I would talk to a manager of some kind to report these people. Well... it turned out that the person I spoke to was [redacted] who is the owner of the company so this problem starts at the top and goes all the way down through their organization. Non existent customer service and Mr. [redacted], in particular was about as rude and vulgar as anyone I have ever come across. And yes, he hung up on me a second time. Unbelievable.Desired Settlement: An apology would be nice.
