I would like to start off by saying I am embarrassed as the Owner of this Company after reviewing the History of this Issue and patience *** *** has shown while trying to get a simple repair doneI was not aware he had been going thru this inexcusable ordeal

am not going to make excuses here, our Company Policy on handling any repairs goes thru a certain protocol that was followed with one glaring exception, the Installer never actually went out to do the repairs and I assume no one ever called to see if the service call was completed to his satisfaction
We will take immediate action on this and I will personally reach out to Mr*** today and get this appointment set up and handled as quickly as possibleI see this being handled by early next week (November 3rd thru 7th ) by his choice and I will walk it thru with a follow up call to him once completed
I can only apologize to Mr*** and say I will make this dibacle an example of what my Company will "not" be letting happen in the Future with customers calling a second time for a service or Product issue, it is not how I do business.
Once again, I am sorry we didn't get this handled before now, but it will be handled soon
