complaint against Time Warner regardless of the agency because her complaint does not relate to the nature of the business practices of the agency but rather to the validity of the debt. Again, Our Agency does not do business with Time Warner Cable presently nor have we done business with Time Warner Cable in the past. Mrs. [redacted] should seek out the correct collection agency and file her complaint if she feels the agency has committed poor business practices.
