I am rejecting this response because:I never received a single phone call or piece of mail from you. Clearly you are able to obtain my address as you served me with papers, but each time they came as a surprise since they were the only communication I received from you. I would like to see record of these communication attempts  since you claim to have made them.

I am rejecting this response because:this company has not bothered to reach out to me. They are trying to say that they haven't broken laws but what I am disputing is business practices....

Their practices are thieving and unfair and it has happened multiple times and not just to me. I expect them to reach out to me and do give them permission to provide details about my accounts because what they are doing is unethical.
