*** *** was contacted in regards to a US Bank Account ending in We are the legal owners of this account and Ms*** may follow that chain of title beginning with US Bank to verify that we do in fact own her account In regards to Ms***'s allegations that we are a telemarketing company I urge Ms*** to use a more credible source for her research than the internet as it is riddled with fallacies and propaganda
We do not condone a representative to handle a call in the manner described by Ms***, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused to her WE have closed her account in our office in order to prevent further contact from our representatives and to provide Ms*** with a solution

this complaint has been directed to the incorrect company - although we previously operated under a corporation by the name of Collection Consulting Services located at 2414 S. Fairview Street Suite 210 Santa Ana California 92704, it is no longer utilized. To further verify, a thorough query of our database was conducted and as we believed, we do not possess an account for Ms. [redacted].  Furthermore, based on Ms. [redacted]’s comments, the company generating the complaint has reported on her credit report which is a procedure not practiced by our offices. Review: This business is calling and harassing my parents,myself, and my employer saying they are going to summon me due to a legal issue. I have no idea what they are talking about. I have no written documentation from this company and no debts affiliated with them that I am aware of.Desired Settlement: All phone calls stopped. If it is legit about anything send it to me in writing.

Review: It started off as a woman asking me about an old account that I had closed 13 years ago. I told her I had no idea about a bad debt with them and that it had been thirteen years, I have had 3 kids since then and that I had moved multiple times. He Wanted proof that I had paid a 13yr old bill from US bank. I haven't got records of payments of that far back.I wasn't about to pay them anything due to the fact I had no proof of their intentions some man named [redacted] got on the phone and started yelling at me, he choose to use foul language towards me, and hung up on me and my husband multiple times after we asked for a supervisor, he told me he was the supervisor. The next time my husband called a woman claimed to be the supervisor he asked questions and she ranted and yelled then hung up on him. I asked for an address, they refused to give it to me. When I reversed the # for the address it came as telemarketer and a spammer on the internet, my intentions are to get this out there do not pay over the phone.Desired Settlement: Pleas let people be aware of the information these people have, do not know where they got it. Be careful!!! Get an address, and find the information out before you pay!!! They had my last 4 digits of my Social..
