Review: I received a collection placement letter from Collection Professionals on June 10, 2013. I sent them a Cease & Desist letter, pursant to FDCPA regulations, advising them not to contact me again regarding this account. I received a phone call from Collection Professionals on August 23, 2013, which is in violation of the FDCPA.Desired Settlement: I would like them to be 1) fined for violating FDCA regulations2) force them to pay the total amount of the bill placed with them for collections.
