We are in receipt of your original correspondence and your most recent correspondence relative to the abovementioned matterAs you and I have discussed previously, we are unable to respond to the Revdex.comdue to certain privacy issues that must first be addressed. In order to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Fair DebtCollection Practices Act (FDCPA) prior to disclosing any protected health information and or before discussing anyaspect of a debt we need to make certain that we are communicating with the individual responsible for the debt orthat we have written permission to disclose information about this debt to a third party, in this case the BetterBusiness Bureau. The law requires that we have a signed release from the consumer in our possession prior to releasing anyinformation regarding a debt to a third party. Please do not consider this letter to be a confirmation that the above mentioned claim relates to any tiles that may behandled by this office.Having repeated that once again, please be assured that we believe that it is in our best interest to attempt to workwith consumers to resolve any misunderstanding and assist them in clearing the debtPlease continue to forwardthese matters to my attention and we will continue to respond accordingly.A simple change in your policy regarding the required HIPAA release would go a long way in helping theconsumers your organization claims to serve. If you have any further questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact me directly.Thank you.Sincerely,Jam KS [redacted] President

Review: I have been contacted via my cellular phone twice from this company. The first time I did not answer, but heard the voicemail and discovered the call was not for me. Today, they called again; but, this time I did answer so I could let the company know that they had the wrong phone number. Instead of connecting me to a representative, I was placed on hold for 3 min 45 seconds by the automated service. I hung up and contacted the company via e-mail. This is horrendous service, seeing as how they called me, I answered the phone, and nobody was available to talk? I am not even the person this company is looking for (the automated system is looking for a [redacted] or a name that sounds similar), and I would like them to stop contacting me. However, I am not going to wait on hold because of their business practices.Desired Settlement: I would like to be removed from their contact list as they do not have the correct phone number for whomever they are looking for.
