The service is free but I was able to get things deleted off my credit faster - their process could take up to years and they dont update the website(your account) very often to let you know what is actually happening it originally says it is a day process but then after the days it could take up to years to get a case resolved and actually get it off your credit I found I had faster turnaround just disputng the things my self thru the credit bureau, it only takes days that way
