Ms [redacted] contacted our office on 9-15-explaining this debt had been paid We received a call from [redacted] ***s Apartments stating that Ms [redacted] had called them and they requested the cancellation of the account as it was previously paid and sent in error We cancelled all collection activity on 9-15-and this account was never reported to any credit reporting agencies by our office We sent a letter to Ms [redacted] to confirm the cancellation If you have any further questions please contact my office.Thanks, [redacted]
These charges are validate I never received a bill in the mail outlining what these charges were for from the collection agency I have a right as a consumer to receive a billing statement from the collection agency prior to the collection agency destorying my credit This was not done I dispute the validity of these charges therefore, I have made a official complaint with Office of the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission and Consumer financial Protection Bureau regarding the actions and conduct of this collection agency it was fraudulent
