In response to the complaint filed by Ms [redacted] on December 4, Our client Montelano Apartments originally obtained an eviction Judgment against [redacted] for non-payment of rent In addition to the judgment Montelano also assigned a collection account to our office for Lease Break Fees and Move Out charges I have included this statement and a copy of the original Judgment The original Judgment would expire on 12-22-if not renewed Our office renewed this Judgment with the [redacted] on 10-23- Our office has discontinued collecting on the non-Judgment account and we are currently pursuing the original Judgment amount and fees and interest $ Our office did discuss a settlement but did not agree on an amount I personally am willing to discuss a settlement option with Ms [redacted] She can contact me directly at ###-###-#### ex*** If you require any additional information please contact my office
