Collections

This “collection” agency sent me a bill for $840 and the letter doesn’t even say what company it is coming from. It’s just demanding payment TODAY! The letter looks fake. It has several different types of fonts.

My wife ordered curtains about a month ago. A tracking number was issued through FedEx, but the package was never given to the delivery company. She called Collections Inc, they were no help. "Wait 10 days". We waited, still no curtains. We spoke with a "***" (Nancy). She said she would resolved the issue and expedite the package. We were supposed to receive it last Friday... still no package. Additionally, the order was charged again to our account, they claimed the refund from the original order was still processing. I am completely disgusted with this company. This is our first exchange with them and will most likely be our last.
