Collective Fab (Bella Vi) Dropshipping

All true - I had same problem with them - fake shipping tracking numbers - weeks to deliver - even when told items were needed for customer event or birthday gift etc - my customers were very unhappy and I recieved credit card chargebacks due to angry customers- which cause shopify to suspend my account. Its so frustrating when customers are screaming at you and this company can't even respond or ship already paid for goods. Good luck getting a refund from these people if something doesnt get delivered to the customer - its been nearly a year since that happend and we're still waiting to refund the customer. We can order prodcuts from there store marked as in stock, then they just cancel the order with no explanation. This is no way to run a business which is why we cut tie - I couldn't be associated with this unprofessional crap business - reflects terribly on my brand

Collective fab is no wholesale/dropshiping company. They get their inventory from urban og and charge you retail price masked as wholesale. Shipping is slow. Customer service is painful. It's just not worth it.

Bella Vi (also known as CollectiveFab) claimes to be a dropshipping company based out of Huntington Beach, CA., their address is directed to a retail mail shipping facility. They also claim to be providing "wholesale" pricing, when the pricing is actually retail as reflected on windsorstore.com. They also claim to ship products within 24-48 hours after receiving the order, however they do not. I now have 5 orders that have been waiting to ship for over a week. They do not provide accurate tracking information, as it always comes back invalid. When contacting customer service, issues never get rectified. They claim to speak with their "shipping supervisor" and ship products immediately, however they fail to do so. I have received multiple credit card chargebacks because of their malicious practices, and not fulfilling or shipping items.
