Sonic Print has been harassing my company via email & phone calls for over a monthI did submit an inquiry for pricing and I spoke with a sales rep on the phone regarding pricing/optionsFor the past month a representative calls at least once a dayFurthermore, Savannah Ehas invoiced my company times for an order we never placed
Postcard and Mailing of event was not delivered on time as promised
Hi I contacted the company thru the USPS website and went with them thinking they are a preferred vendor They I spoke to Joe Nand had explained what I was looking for After a few conversations I decided to do business with them with the understanding that the postcards would be received at least one week prior to my event He assured me that the postcards for my first event which was scheduled for March 11th would go out on February 23rdHe said the anticipated delivery would be no later than March 2nd Unfortunately this wasn't the caseI emailed Joe and David Wthat it was March 5th and no one had received the postcards including myself Joe responded with a scanned copy of the postage statement showing 2,of the promised 2,postcards were dropped offIn that email was the first time that Joe said the mailing would take up to business days to be delivered He said it could possibly be deliver
