Collective Solutions Group would like to formally respond that claims made by [redacted] are not fully accurate [redacted] initiated communication with our office with voicemail on general voicemail box after office was closed for day on 04/25/ In this voicemail she stated that person name on file, [redacted] , was her sister On 04/27/ [redacted] contacted our office from phone number [redacted] She spoke to director of operations for that location MrTyler [redacted] She stated that she did not know person in question Mr [redacted] informed [redacted] we have voicemail of her verifying as [redacted] as her sister [redacted] then became irate and rude in responses She then stated that she was informed by our company that she was going to be sued and that she worked for attorney office No such statements ever took place from Collective Solutions Group Mr [redacted] informed [redacted] the purpose of call to her was to probe for location information involving her sister in accordance to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Section "Acquiring location information from a third party" He then informed this statute verbatim and attempted to probe for [redacted] location information She then started yelling and conducting in rude matter and making threats against our office based on her employment for attorney office She eventually terminated call She then proceeded to contact our office repeatedly from anonymous number more irate than the call before She was transferred or answered by Tyler [redacted] each time based on being highest ranking supervisor for company at that location Collective Solutions Group removed her phone number and information and has not conducted any further communication efforts to probe for location information with this party since

We have received and reviewed the documentation in regards to the complaint filed by a Mr*** *** Our statement is as follows: Our office received a voicemail from complaintant Mr*** *** over the weekend prior to the date in question 01/18/requesting for someone
to return his call in regards to a call he had received from a Tracy *** from our office. Tyler *** contacted Mr*** *** at *** *** on 01/18/2016. Mr*** explained to Mr*** he was returning his call in regards to his request. Mr*** asked what was the purpose of the call. Mr*** then informed Mr*** we were trying to locate the individual named on file # with our office *** Ms*** ***. Mr*** explained that was his daughter and he receives numerous calls for her at the residence and she does not reside there. Mr*** informed him that the address listed on the file originally and the primary address on Ms *** public record report to her social security number is his address *** *** *** *** * *** ** ***. Mr*** then stated that she does have that address listed as her mailing address and lots of written communication from creditors are received there. Mr*** then explained that is why he receives calls of this nature there because it is listed as her primary address on public record and he is her father. Mr*** then stated he is a retired law enforcement officer. He then stated he has an address and phone number to contact his daughter directly. Mr*** then requested he gather that information so we can attempt to reach her directly and remove his information. Mr*** then stated he does not understand collection laws but does know criminal law and does not think it is right that we call and harrass him for her information. Mr*** responded that it is not harrassment to contact a 3rd party to attempt to gather location information for individual named on file of this nature and if he has information to do so and withholds such information that could have him be listed as being “erroneous and incomplete” which based on Section of FDCPA would allow our company to conact him again to attempt to locate his daughter. Mr*** then got highly irrate and started screaming and yelling at our representative that he does not have the legal right to do so. He then stated he is going to contact the Attorney General office and connect the call. Mr*** responded that he has the legal right to contact and file complaint and our legal staff will respond accordingly. Mr*** then kept on repeating he is calling the Attorney General office in a fashion that was considered almost taunting. Mr*** then asked again for the location information for his daughter Ms***. He refused while yelling and screaming and stated he is ex law enforcement and to hold on he is going to call Attorney General. Mr*** informed him will mark him as “erroneous and incomplete” , we will continue with our efforts available by the laws that govern us to locate the debtor and if he wishes to contact the Attorney General office that is legal right and told him to have nice day. Mr*** then terminated the callAfter that call was completed. Mr*** then attempted to contact *** *** listed on the same address with different number from our skip tracing efforts previously for her to return the call with statement in regards to the file number suggested previouslyNo mentioned of debtor name was left on the voicemail. He also made a call to the *** residence *** *** which also was listed on the file when received as number for *** ***. Mr*** spoke to Mr*** live who explained *** *** is their neighbor and took our info to provide to the *** family to respond Prior to this date, our office has never had any communication with this individual in regards to this account in our office.As a final statment our office Collective Solutions Group denies most of the allegations that Mr*** has claimed in his filing with your office. They were the party who was yelling. Insulting my parenting skills were foul, unprofessional, and inexcusable. Collective solutions group can dress up this matter and point blame in any direction that they please. I am not amused nor surprised! I am sure that they have plenty of practice with lying and attempting to use the law to cover up their wrong doing. Once told that the party they are seeking does not reside at the residence in question, no further calls are permitted and the number should be removed. All other collectors looking for my daughter complied except collective solutions group! No other calls have been received at my residence since I filed this complaint. Any defense on their part is immaterial. Please advise collective solutions group to NEVER call my house again and upon agreement, this matter will be considered closed. Also, if any future calls are placed at my residence, I will record the calls and take further action!!

To whom it may concern, Collective Solutions Group would first like to state in response to this complaint that account described by *** *** is almost entirely and we have already upheld her desired resolution to this complaint We have attached the phone report from
yesterday It will show a total of calls from their phone number in the matter of minutes! Based on the definition of harassment in regards to this setting, that *** *** has suggested in her complaint in regards to our office, this report will show completely that our company is the one that has been harassed in this situation *** *** did call our office initially as shown in phone report Her call was answered by an operator who has no access or authority other to answer the phone and get to correct party within our office to handle the call SHE NEVER ASKED FOR SUPERVISOR We have recordings that can help validate this as well She was placed on hold (standard procedure for call answered by operator) to get forwarded to correct party She terminated the call before representative was available to be transferred the call Her husband then called in shortly afterward He was very aggressive from the time call was answered He stated it is wrong number and we must take it off by law immediately or he is going to hire attorney and sue our company for harassment Person who answered the call asked him to identify himself so we can validate it is wrong party and then will be more than willing to assist him with his request He then responded he refuses to do so and that he is not required to do so by law The number both Mrand Mrs*** were calling in from does not show anywhere in public record search system Lexis Nexis as going to either party Only shows going to *** *** *** *** is verified through same system as direct relative to the person on the file *** *** The purpose of calling their number was to speak to *** *** based on section of FDCPA Acquiring location information from a 3rd party We never got the opportunity to inform Mr*** ,which at the time was non identified party, this information because he was being very aggressive asking questions at high rate with very negative tone Our representatives were attempting to answer each question fully and then try to move on to inform the information of the party attempting to reachFrom there if he would have been cooperative to do so we would inform him that we would need to fully identify who he was to determine if not the party attempting to reach based on information verified valid and current in public record going to *** *** This is standard procedure at our office's and has been approved as valid in accordance to acts we have to follow in our industry by our legal counsel He would not give us the opportunity to conduct these actions which should have only taken one minute on one call to do so He then asked to speak to supervisor He was placed on hold to do so After a couple minute hold Mark *** got on the line to speak to him He let Mr*** state the purpose that he is now speaking to him Mr*** then stated to him that he would need to identify who he was speaking with to take formal complaint about his experience with our office and to assist him further Mr*** then continued with his aggressive, taunting, threatening, non cooperation behavior Mr*** then told him he would not being able assist him further then and that he is going to terminate the call, thank you From there was when the harassment from these parties ensued He called repeatedly into the office with the intent to harass only One party that answered the phone he asked the representative " Do you like your job? I hope not because im going to sue your company and your going to lose your job" NO EMPLOYEE IN OUR OFFICE SHOULD HAVE TO BE TREATED IN THAT FASHION BY ANYBODY! After this employees were instructed to answer the call and place on hold for only Tyler *** or Mark *** to speak to him He would call be placed on hold and would terminate call in most cases within seconds ( not enough time for supervisor to get to call) and then repeatedly call back Final call received by Mr*** he started reading intro from a website to the Fair Debt Collection Practices ActNothing from the actual act Stating that what he was reading validates we violated that act specifically by asking his first and last name to verify who we were speaking with today Nothing he stated came close to applying All representatives at our office take FDCPA tests every months to verify they know the act inside and out and in full detail before every answering any incoming calls and speaking to parties Mr*** was then informed in full Section of FDCPA acquiring location information from third party He finally identified himself fully Was asked if he knew either party *** *** or *** *** He responded no We informed then we will update such file and remove their number and they will not be contacted again by our offices We have attached the phone report from yesterday and every call from this party is highlighted to show the high frequency of calls which would be considered harassment by correct authorities In closing we would like to say that Mrand Mrs*** behavior and actions have caused high amount of distress to our employees who were only trying to assist them and following protocol and policy of company to fully identify party speaking with before determining information gathered from public record is invalid Again our legal counsel has approved this method and policy We have already fulfilled their desired resolution of having information removed and no more further communication efforts to their number We strongly suggest they do the same with our numbers from this point forward Thank you,Timothy ***

Collective Solutions Group did receive communication from this customer on 09/27/ The customer tried to get our office to third party disclose personal information without verification speaking to correct party Once informed that is federal law and protection of identity theft to
do so we able to complete and verify we were speaking to correct party for social security number attached to the outstanding debt We proceeded to inform him fully of the delinquent file placed into our office by our client He responded that this matter was resolved previously The representative then informed the customer that our records do not show that and if he has documentation to validate his statement the original account number in question has been satisfied in full with original creditor or another party, that it our office would need to receive such documentation to update as such Our office then stated to him if no such documentation can be produced we would have to go with records provided by original creditor and proceed as the account is delinquent and demands financial action to resolve accordingly Our office sent him a settlement offer in writing via email on 09/28/ He was informed this document was being sent so he has all the correct information to validate with his records if account has been resolved previously or for him to rectify the matter for a lower amount with our office We have yet to receive any documents or response via email, fax or telephone from customer Collective Solutions Group will mark the customer file as he is disputing validity of the debt and the balance due It will be forwarded back to our client with that marking No further collections efforts will be conducted from our office

telephone Our phone records would suffice to validate this statement and will be provided if requested to do so. On July 29, 2016, *** *** *** forwarded an arrangement Mr*** had committed to on secured, recorded line to resolve a matter within their office The recording of this authorization has been included with this response Our office then sent out a docu-sign via email (electronic signature authorization form) for him to sign and complete and forward back to our office to conduct his payment processing needs with the matter standing with the previously mentioned client This document is also included in this response The document was sent to his email provided to *** *** ***, ***.*** on July 29, at 5:PM EST On August 5, our office received notification of this complaint We destroyed Mr*** card information that was provided for processing and informed our client of his response Since then his account has been flagged by client and no further communication to our knowledge has been conducted since

that Ms*** *** *** complied with validating the phone number and address on file We explained to her that we were following up to make sure all information was still valid The last time we spoke with her was couple months previous to this conversation In Section we can inquire about current employment information as well Ms *** *** *** did state during this conversation, which she was the aggressor and attacking our employee Tyler ***, that she does not speak to individual in question directly(sister) Stated that she conducts that communication through their mother We then asked would it be better that we contact her mother then to establish communication with her sister She responded that her mother is not going to respond to us unless we 3rd party disclose all information of this file to her mother Tyler *** then informed her that would be violation of her sister rights in accordance to the FDCPA She then got immensely irate with MrTyler *** She then started yelling and screaming at him He informed her that he would update the file accordingly, remove her information, and we will continue with our efforts to reach her sister Mr*** did exactly that File was updated with her statement and all her contact information was removed from the file Ms *** *** *** did call back into the office and asked to speak to supervisorMrTyler *** was the highest ranked superior at that location at that particular time She was transferred back to him and she continued her aggressive verbal attack against him He informed her he notated the file and removed her information She then made statements similar to the one she has made to your establishment She then ended the call by stating she was going to file complaint to the Revdex.com. We do admit that the conversation went south and off topic quickly which we will share the responsibility and credit for with Ms*** *** *** Since this conversation there has been no further communication efforts to this individual and all her information has been deleted from the file We do believe that Ms*** *** *** has embellished in negative fashion against our employee and office her statement to the Revdex.com We hope this statement helps determine a resolution to Ms *** *** *** and all other parties involved.Thank you,

The information that was stated by this company is false. I have several people that witness the rudeness for Tyler. He's a liar. I contacted them several times, professionally, asking for the contact of the CEO to file a complaint and he refused to provided it.
