Mr*** purchased this vehicle in June of He did not call our office to make us aware of any issues until February 2016, months after purchasing the vehicleAll vehicles are sent out to various shops for Missouri state safety
inspectionsWe rely on those businesses to inform us if a vehicle does not pass *** In this case the vehicle did pass *** safety inspectionIf there were an issue at that time with the converters it would have been brought to our attention by the inspection stationIt was notSince the customer had possession of the vehicle for months before bringing any issue to our attention we have no way of knowing if the issue existed prior to purchaseAll vehicles are sold with the option of adding a warrantyMr*** was offered said warranty and declinedTherefore there is nothing that we can do

hi I did not contact business earlier because I did not need inspection until this year because of truck yearI only found out because I had brakes and ujoint checked for problems and that's when shop worker told me I had no converters were gone an replaced with straight pipe

I am responding to the letter I received from your officeIn the letter Mr*** states, he was unaware that he was signing a lease contractHowever, Mr*** did in fact know that it was a lease since he had acquired insurance for the
vehicle prior to signingHe also knew that the vehicle already had been licensed and titled and that he wouldn't have to go to the DMV
Regardless of whether he acquired the vehicle through a lease contract or conventional financing, he would not be an owner until it is paid off
We provide conventional financing as an option and if the lease didn't work for him, it could have been switched
He states he requested us to fix the vehicle but his letter doesn't state thatIt simply says he is returning itWe found the vehicle had been dropped on our lot overnight with the enclosed letter taped to the steering wheelThe ***'s haven't been here since the day they signed for the vehicle
Customers are required to inspect the vehicle prior to signing the contractI have included a copy of their inspection which they signed
The ***'s also declined any warrantyA copy has been provided

I returned the vehicle because it was unsafe! I blew $2000+ on this car dealThey assured me that it was goodThe new owners are apparently lacking a mechanical aptitude or are blind to the troubles the car hasI want my money backIf the auto dealer sold it to another consumer, then what is the problem with returning my money to me? This is unacceptable
