Review: I brought a gold chain in to have the clasp fixed. When I picked it up and tried it on, it was clearly several inches longer & a different chain. When I spoke to the owner about this he swore that the chain was the same one when it obviously wasn't.Desired Settlement: I would like my original chain back.
