Mr. [redacted] purchased this vehicle in June of 2015. He did not call our office to make us aware of any issues until February 2016, 8 months after purchasing the vehicle. All vehicles are sent out to various shops for Missouri state safety...

inspections. We rely on those businesses to inform us if a vehicle does not pass [redacted] In this case the vehicle did pass [redacted] safety inspection. If there were an issue at that time with the converters it would have been brought to our attention by the inspection station. It was not. Since the customer had possession of the vehicle for 8 months before bringing any issue to our attention we have no way of knowing if the issue existed prior to purchase. All vehicles are sold As-Is with the option of adding a warranty. Mr. [redacted] was offered said warranty and declined. Therefore there is nothing that we can do.

hi I did not contact business earlier because I did not need inspection until this year because of truck year. I only found out because I had brakes and ujoint checked for problems and that's when shop worker told me I had no converters were gone an replaced with straight pipe

If Mr. [redacted] would like, he can bring his vehicle back and sign a voluntary surrender. We would be willing to release him from his contract and not pursue further action in retrieving the remainder of the money owed per his contract. Nor will any money be refunded to Mr. [redacted].

In further research, this incident took place in February of 2015. We have only been in business since September 2016.
Again, this needs to be directed to another company.

We made every attempt to resolve this matter upon Mr. Elmores' first complaint. He refused to provide us with documentation of the repairs that he claimed were needed. He has since returned the vehicle.

They are not being truthful. The only thing the business offered me was to allow me to buy parts using their discount. I happen to get a better discount than they do so they were not helping. They are dishonest people. I am filing a grievance with the Attorney General of Missouri.

I returned the vehicle because it was unsafe! I blew $2000+ on this car deal. They assured me that it was good. The new owners are apparently lacking a mechanical aptitude or are blind to the troubles the car has. I want my money back. If the auto dealer sold it to another consumer, then what is the problem with returning my money to me? This is unacceptable.

Again, we never received documentation of the repairs that were needed. With that being said, all vehicles are sold As-Is. Each customer has the option of adding a warranty. They also have the opportunity to test drive the vehicle and take it to the garage or mechanic of their choosing to have the vehicle inspected. It is the consumers duty to do their own due diligence. We take every vehicle to a garage and have them inspected. This vehicle has since been sold to another customer with absolutely no complaints.
