This company does very little to actually get the debt repaid.
1. Research was slim for the person owing the debt. I had to feed them the debtor's address and information and even then it was years before there was any follow through.
2. One has to prompt them every step of the way. And even then, nothing really gets done and there is NO feedback. \
3. The voice mail is ALWAYS full so one cannot leave a message. However, when you finally do leave a voice mail, the guy punts the call to someone in his office who can update you but nothing really happens after that.
4. They do not return emails.
5. Driving to their business is useless, they are not there.
5. Their contract states they will provide updates every 6 months. This has never happened and my contracts are over years old.
6. The statute of limitations will run out before anything really happens on my cases.
