I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** response does not do anything to alter or make up for my negative experience with him as a representative of College Aid Consulting Services. On the other hand, the response did amplify the lack of customer service that was provided. Additional information is included in the attachment related to my response and reaction to Mr***'s 8/response._____________________________________________________________________...⇄ Ms***,Thank you for coordinating my complaint with College Aid Consulting and sharing Mr***’s recent response. The response is disheartening. Let it be clear that t is not Mr***’s denial for the refund that is disheartening, but the low level of humility that comes across in his communications. I have communicated with Mr*** two times related to my level of dissatisfaction with his services and on neither occasion has he ever noted that he is sorry that I feel this way, try to fully understand my customer concerns or express that it is unfortunate that I am dissatisfied. When I first communicated to Mr*** my level of dissatisfaction, he noted that: 1) that he was appalled that I would say that I was dissatisfied, 2) appalled that I would want a refund and 3) that he does not need my support (as a customer). In a written communication to Mr***, I expressed why I was disappointed in my level of services received. The letter was primarily the same correspondence that was sent to the Revdex.com, yet with specific names eliminated and the response that I received from Mr*** was: Re: Request from D*** Sent By: Sent By Ronald *** On:Aug 08/12/2:AM To: To ***ra Message***, As I stated earlier this year, you do not qualify for a refund. Moreover, I do not appreciate the inappropriate verbiage in your correspondence. Ron ________________________________________________________________________________...⇄ am confident that a highly regarded customer service agency would not deem a customer expressing dissatisfaction with a service and providing accurate examples as inappropriate. While Mr*** returned my phone calls, other components of customer service such as being humble, treating customers with respect and showing emotional intelligence were lacking in my dealings with Mr***. These deficiencies can even be seen in Mr***’s recent response to Ms***; all the way from referring to me as “***” instead of including an honorific to never indicating that he is sorry that a customer is dissatisfied with his services (even to a Revdex.com representative). At this point, I have resided to the fact that I made a bad business decision by partnering with Mr*** and have a sunk cost. I am just hopeful that others will not make the mistake of partnering with Mr*** and College Aid Consulting
