I purchased a log splitter I was told it had oil in it and it did not The engine is ruined and FFH is evasive and not standing behind the product
I purchased a Speeco 22-ton Log Splitter from your ***, Grand Rapids store on Saturday May 7th When I purchased the log splitter I asked the middle-aged gentleman that was at the customer service counter in the middle of the store whether or not the log splitter had oil He said "Yes, it does You need to change the oil at hours after break-in" I must admit, I did not check the oil when I started the splitter I ran the splitter for hours or so (one tank of gas) on May 15th The splitter ran fine and I split a good amount of wood The following Tuesday, May 17th I started the splitter and it died after running for about minutes The pull cord would not move; the engine was seized I immediately brought the splitter back to the *** location They told me that I would need to have it sent to your Ced
I am filing a complaint regarding your customer service Yesterday (05/22/17) I approached two members of your staff located near Muskegon Michigan asking for help regarding a Husqvarna part (deck belt) The first, a young girl said that without the best, she would have no idea where to start When I asked a much older gentlemen, he too said that he cannot help I explained and showed him a photocopy of my Husqvarna manual indicating the tractor model number, key number plus part number - and that I simply need help finding a deck belt - perhaps it has/had an updated part number but expected since you (Family Farm and Home) sell Husqvarna riding mowers, you would have the ability/capability to look the item up, identify the part number, and sell me the part Neither said they could help me Interesting since Tractor Supply Company (TSC) did about minutes earlier but sent me to you since they don't carry the part They (TSC) figured since you sold Husqvarna tractors you would likely carry a deck belt for the tractor When I asked to see a manager, "Rob" (the older gentleman) smugly said he was the manager and "I don't know why TSC can find the parts but we can't" Either that's laziness or incompetence
I went to family farm and home to buy bags of rabbit feed for my breeder rabbits on 3-1-and was told to do a rain check since they was out of the Kent rabbit feed 50lbs bagsI was told they would show up on Sunday of the same week and so I called them on Monday and they didn't receive the feed yet, so I waited another week then called Thursday of that week and asked if the feed was there and was told no and to call the following week so I waited and called today and again was told they haven't showed up yetso I called the manager and was told he would look into whats going on and he would call me backHe never did and I'm worried about not having feed for my rabbits and their health like any good owner shouldI've tried Mana pro rabbit feed, country fresh feed, and a couple of other feeds and I lose rabbits from those and the Kent is what I only use for my rabbits
