College Funding Connection

Review: On April of 2012 I attend a work shop for my son college planning. It was all about how they can help us with the process from beginning to an end. After work shop ,made an appointment to meet with representative at my home. Meeting was all about how they can help by Student Counseling,preparing my son for SAT and ACT exam, Essay and Application review, Enrollment Analysis, Application review and the list can go on and on.

It looked very promising so I decided to enroll in the program to have a peace of mind and having a professional helping us thru the process. I started receiving automatic emails in the form of newsletter or webinars . I had to make a call and keep on asking about everything that was promised to us. For a long time no one contacted us to follow up and I was tired of waiting. Since I felt that this company over promised and under performed I gave up on them. I have been extremely patient with all enveloped parties hoping better guidance for my son ,But it does not look like it is getting anywhere.

After filing a law suite against College Funding Connection and [redacted]. At court I found out that above company is operating under Suspended License and I want this to be added to my complaint so other families know this company is not a reputable company to work with. Also the affiliated company with them CPN( College Planning Network) has dropped them as well.Desired Settlement: To receive a refund of $1818.04 that I have paid so far for the work that never performed till today.
