Dear Sir / Madam:Regarding the above referenced complaint, I have obtained a statement from John B***, our National Marketing Director, to address the allegations made by Ms*** towards him:Ms***’s response is simply a continuation of the accusations made by her in her initial claim The reality is that Ms*** purchased a sales and marketing program to help her build her financial services practice As with any sales and marketing program, the obvious determining factor in its success is the effort the individual puts into using it Ms*** was not promised six referrals per month Ms*** was told that other advisors in many parts of the country were averaging six referrals per monthThat was, and still is, a one hundred percent accurate statement The only part of Ms***’s statement that was true is that she was told that June was the slowest month in our market June is the slowest month for our market It only stands to reason that after June it will take some time for the referrals to build back up Ms*** was told during the two and a half day training program she attended, that it would be the beginning of the school year before the organization that provides the referrals would be able to perform a telemarketing campaign on her behalf to the schools in her area This information was also shared with every other attendee at the training class that Ms*** attended The fact that Ms*** is the only one from that training class that is complaining is just additional proof that her claims are untrue Ms*** also claims in her most recent statement that she had no direct contact with Coy H*** prior to the response he submitted to the Revdex.com That is another untrue statement Ms*** met Coy H*** during the two and a half day training event where he was a key note speaker and conducted approximately half of the training If, as Ms*** stated, she was told things prior to the training that weren’t consistent with what was stated publicly, she wouldn’t have purchased the materials at the end of the event It’s not even logical that someone would sit through two and a half days of training and then sign a written agreement if all of the content in the agreement and the content of the training was different than what they were supposedly told over the phone. Furthermore, Ms***’s claim that somehow a security was sold is laughable Ms*** purchased a sales and marketing system to help her build her practice Ms*** has also tried to intimidate us by serving us with a counterfeit document that has been created to look like an action letter by the Federal Trade Commission Our attorney has reviewed the document and confirmed that it is not an official document, and therefore, we are not obligated to reply This is the last response we will be providing in regards to Ms***, as quite frankly, spending time and resources to address her frivolous complaint, detracts from the time and resources we have to assist the other individuals who are actually using the marketing and sales system that Ms*** purchased John B***National Marketing DirectorThe previously submitted copies of Ms***’s signed paperwork are valid and contain Ms***’s original signatures, which clearly acknowledges her understanding of the terms and conditions involved, specifically “there are no guarantees, all sales are final, and there are no refunds.”Sincerely,Coy *H***

The implication that I was untruthful, when I took an oath is unconscionableAs a consumer, the factthat Coy *H***, President of College Funding Solutions, Incis aiming to discount my experience andimply lack of character on my part is unconscionable and further displays their bad faith and self-dealing

Dear Sir / Madam:This letter is in response to the recent complaint by [redacted].College Funding Solutions, Inc. (“CFS”) is a privately held consulting firm with expertise exclusively in the field of college planning.  CFS is a “resource” used by independent college planning consultants...

around the country as a compliment to their overall college planning structure and/or benefits.  Mr. [redacted], an independent college consultant in Southern California, enrolled the [redacted] family in our “Value Plan” Program on September 30, 2014 (copy of enrollment paperwork attached).  Our specifically “contracted” services are between the family and CFS.  Services are clearly outlined in both the original enrollment paperwork and enrollment video each family is required to view.  I have obtained and attached a statement from Mr. [redacted] regarding the enrollment of the [redacted] family, along with his explanation of the services being offered to the family by CFS, etc.  Our Service Guarantee, as outlined in the enrollment paperwork, states that “if the family is not provided and/or offered all of the services (listed on the back of the form) and/or related information outlined, the parent (buyer) may request and receive a full refund of the fees paid to CFS.”  All services were provided and/or offered to the [redacted] family as contracted; therefore, no refund is being made.In direct rebuttal of Mrs. [redacted]’s claim of “you can pay CFSolutions to help you find scholarships,” the enrollment paperwork also includes a Disclaimer, which specifically states that “CFS is NOT a scholarship search company…”  In addition, the enrollment paperwork also contains as part of the Agreement and Certification, “This Agreement is between the Buyer and CFS; any further Agreements with your Advisor are separate from and outside the scope of this Agreement.”  Although the [redacted] family was consulted with by our office throughout their enrollment in our Value Plan Program, and provided and/or offered all services listed within our contract, and, therefore, do not qualify for a refund under our Service Guarantee, the family may wish to contact Mr. [redacted] directly and follow up with any additional questions they may have, or to inquire further as to their refund request.Sincerely,Coy *. [redacted]President

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
First, I am a consumer and I reiterate and for clarification that prior and until the response provided toRevdex.com, all of my communication has been with John B[redacted], the National MarketingDirector of College Funding Solutions Inc. Coy *. H[redacted], President of College Funding Solutions, Inc. wasa presenter at the conference at which point his presence there as presenter was my first knowledge andawareness of him, so his response on behalf of John B[redacted], the National Marketing Director of CollegeFunding Solutions Inc. is irreverent considering all of my communication has been with John B[redacted], theNational Marketing Director of College Funding Solutions Inc.
Second, everything Coy *. H[redacted], President of College Funding Solutions, Inc. has presented to BetterBusiness Bureau is hearsay and not verified, as I am the only competent fact witness to my claim, whichwas taken under oath.
Upon further review of the unauthenticated paperwork College Funding Solutions, Inc. provided, itappears College Funding Solutions, Inc. and American College Funding are one and the same. I nowrealize that both ensigns are on this paperwork, and this was not disclosed. This paperwork that CollegeFunding Solutions, Inc. provided to Revdex.com does not appear to be complete, as a topsection of one of the forms is missing entirely, as it appears the messaging on this form conflicts withitself, and also this action taken by College Funding Solutions, Inc. is false, deceptive, and misleading. The implication that my writings are frivolous and that I was untruthful, when I took an oath is stillunconscionable. I reiterate that as a consumer, to whom you offer your "services"; the fact that Coy *.H[redacted], President of College Funding Solutions, Inc. is aiming to discount my experience and imply lack ofcharacter on my part is still unconscionable and continues to further display their bad faith andself-dealing.
My statements of my experience with John B[redacted], the National Marketing Director of College FundingSolutions Inc., are truthful and I still believe John B[redacted] crosses the line and offers securities to get sales, since he told me on several occasions that I would get 6(six) or more referrals per month, for which Coy*. H[redacted], President of College Funding Solutions, Inc. is attempting to cover. I have just recently learnedthere are other complaints about College Funding Solutions, Inc. from consumers, as well that speakabout the same matter I have brought forth.
As of this writing, College Funding Solutions, Inc. is still liable for trespass upon personal jurisdiction andwas provided an IRS W-9 for which they were required to complete and provide, as well as provide thefollowing, and, for which they have now refused:1. Authenticated contract authorizing your interest in my private property, signed by me.2. Satisfactorily evidence notification in writing of intent to deposit check or instrument not morethan ten nor less than three business days prior to such deposit.3. Provide your bond, liability insurance and Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN).
The implication that I impersonated a federal agency is meritless. I reported College Funding Solutions,Inc. to The Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Better BusinessBureau; all of which have a report or case number assigned. Since College Funding Solutions, Inc. refusedto provide this aforementioned information, the IRS will be notified, and College Funding Solutions, Inc.hereby waives all affirmative defenses.Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear Sir / Madam:
Ms. [redacted] attended our two and one half day training event (“training event”) in June of2016, which details college planning procedures and techniques, as well as providesopportunities and assistance to financial professionals to help enhance / build their businessthrough the...

use of college planning being added as a value benefit to their practice.
At any time during, before, or after the training event, Ms. [redacted] was never promised six ormore referrals per month as she stated in her complaint. We simply don’t make anypromises and/or guarantees regarding the number of referrals a particular advisor mayreceive. In fact, quite the opposite. All paperwork is clearly defined as “no guarantees” as tothe number of referrals received, number of clients added, and the overall effectiveness ofthe programs and/or services. We do this for the simple reason that all advisors are offeredthe same opportunities, materials, support, structure, etc. It is what each advisor does withthose resources that determines the outcome. There is simply no way that our company, norany other company for that matter, can guarantee results with any type of marketing and/orsales program where the prime variable is the advisor themselves. The agreement signed by Ms. [redacted] clearly states: “…there is absolutely no guarantee asto the total number and/or frequency of referrals that you may receive.” For Ms. [redacted] tosay that any other promises were made outside of her signed paperwork is simply untrue.During the training event, Ms. [redacted] was told, as were all other attendees, it would beSeptember before the organization providing the referrals would be able to market to theschools in each specific area due to the simple fact that high schools are not in sessionduring the summer. During the training event, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with and trained on numerousother marketing opportunities in addition to the referral program. All marketing opportunities, when implemented by Ms. [redacted], also have the potential of adding new clients to herpractice. Again, no guarantee, rather opportunities for Ms. [redacted] to implement severaldifferent marketing techniques that have been used over the years. Although the referralprogram has been very beneficial for many other advisors, it is only one of many ways inwhich we train conference attendees to add new clients to their practice.
The August 2016 conference call that Ms. [redacted] refers to in her complaint was a call tofurther assist advisors by gearing up for the upcoming school year. Ms. [redacted] wasemailed a link to the recording of the call so that she would benefit from the information. Theconference call did reference the marketing resources available in our PROMO componentthat was purchased by Ms. [redacted]. PROMO is an expansion of what is taught during theoriginal training event and contains much more detailed specifics on each particularmarketing opportunity, including: scripts, line-by-line sales presentations, PowerPointpresentations, handout materials, pre-approach letters, advanced coaching, training videos, conference calls, direct phone support, etc., etc. Had Ms. [redacted] called our office after theconference call and asked for assistance on specific marketing approaches for this time ofthe year, we would have been happy to assist her with each. Ms. [redacted] could have hadopportunities to meet with multiple families before school started if she would have taken theresources that were made available to her and went to work. It seems as though she choosenot to do so.
I’m not even sure how to respond to Ms. [redacted]’s statement about being given aprospectus. Our program is a business and marketing opportunity for financial servicesprofessionals who are looking to build their practice, and is clearly marketed as such. It isnot a securities investment in any way, shape, or form and the mere mention that it is, isactually both ridiculous and outlandish.
I have attached copies of Ms. [redacted]’s signed paperwork that clearly indicates all sales arefinal, there are no refunds, and there are absolutely no guarantees. Please feel free to contact me should you need any additional information.
Sincerely,
Coy *. H[redacted]
