College Gardens

Review: On 11-16-2013 I made a purchase at College Gardens, for $314.29 and on 11-25-2013 for $28.62. I bought 2 Christmas Trees and ribbon. because of medical problems, I have a girl that helps me decorate. When she came to put up my tree 2 branches were broken on the new tree. She wired them on, because that was the only time she could help me decorate. She has a full time job. when my tree was undecorated towards the middle of January, I called and informed them of the problem. I talked to Tim Young. he said he was co-owner, I didn't ask him for my money back, I was trying to see if he had another tree. He was very non professional on the phone. I was told he would talk to the other co=owner and call me back. I have not been called about the situation. Again on Feb. 14, 2014 I called College Gardens and a girl answered . I was told neither owner was there, but they would call me when they came came in at 3:00 pm. Again, my call has not been returned. I even gave them the information on the kind of tree and model number. I have worked with the public for over 40 years. I would not have been employed, if I did not return phone calls and take care of the situation. This College Gardens advertisement states that the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
