I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***.Mr *** is rightI signed the agreement to purchase this car at this price with the "pro pack"But this purchase was misled by the REPRESENTATION from the Sales person, Pedram M***, that I MUST include the "Pro pack" for ANY Honda Fit purchaseThis statement is not true as I found another Honda fit without this "Pro Pack" from another Honda Dealer afterwardsIf I knew that I could opt out this "Pro pack", I would not have bought this car with “Pro Pack”.Regarding the interest rate, my point is that Pedram hid the fact that I would not get the promotion 0.9% APR because it is a model despite of my credit scoreI have asked him couple times during the purchase process but he did not answer. I don't know what the basis is about "If Mr*** would have purchased a model the price would have been roughly $more."The sales person only offered me around $deduction from MSRP (same MSRP as model) + all season floor mats because it is a modelSo the all season floor mats worth another $1500? Sounds ridiculously expensive to me.Obviously, Mr *** and I are talking about two different points (price is final as negotiation sheet is signed VS misleading/representation from the Salesman)Anyhow, this resolution is not satisfactory to me but I do not want wasting our time any further so I will accept Mr ***’s offer

that the pro pack and nitro was something that he did not want, yet he offered to make the purchase as stated above for $21,278.   If we had asked him to pay more than his offer, then yes we would  have been charging him for items he did not want. As far as the interest rate. There is no special incentive from Honda for a 2016 Honda Fit. The incentivized rate only exists if you purchase a 2017 Honda Fit. If Mr. [redacted] would have purchased a 2017 model the price would have been roughly $3000 more.   This being the case, we are still willing to provide Mr. [redacted] a $300 gas card for any future gas needs.
