Dear Mrs. [redacted], We are in receipt of a notification from the Revdex.com, relating to the security deposit that you paid to College Hill Apartments.  We have contacted your phone number today and spoke to your husband, and explained to him what has taken place.  When we...

acquired the property from the previous owner and management company, they were to place the deposits into our account, but they failed to do so until this past week.  We fully believe that the funds were going to be place in into the correct account or they would now have issued you a check. Enclose is a check on the correct amount in the amount of $300.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.  We don't think it was any intention on the previous owner's part.  We think it was because they were just disorganized at the time of the transfer of the property and, so they did not provide the security deposits in a timely manner in that account, nor did they supply us a with a list of the residents.  Now that they have done so we have forward the security deposits to each person.  Sincerely, College Hill Apartments
