Next, [redacted] provided us where she purchased the dress (see Attachment 1). And next day, our plant manager went to that location with the dress and talked to the supervisor. The supervisor kindly went through the file and found about that dress. She told me they stopped selling that dress more than one year ago and the price was $169.99(see attachment 2).According to “International Fair claims guide for consumer textiles Products", adjustment value of replacement cost for a dress with more than one year is 20% to 30% with excellent condition (see attachment 3&4).We have been this location since September, 1990.
