The company broke our cabinet glass during the moving. They now refuse to replace the glass.
The College Hunt moved our house items to our new address. They broke the glass. They promised to fix the glass. They have come to our house 4 or 5 times tried to put a glass on the frame during the past 4 months. However, each time, they brought the glasses larger than the frame, so the glasses did not fit. it takes 2 to 3 weeks each time they could brought the glass in after several calls or text. They now refused to replace the broken glass and asked us to change the door. They broke the glass, and the glass they broght in each time were larger than the frame. Why I have to change toe door?
I just want them to cut a glass that will be able to put into the frame.

Regards to your piece of glass for your China cabinet the new glass has been ordered like I mentioned last week. We are just waiting for it to be cut and delivered to us. Once it has been delivered it will be taken to your home and installed. Like I stated it was being ordered through Glass Guru in Charleston. Also like I mentioned when they came to your home to measure the glass they said that the cabinet was warped and the new piece might fit and has the possibility of breaking where the door on the cabinet is warped. But once I have glass in my position it will be delivered and installed. I know this is the 5th or 6th piece we have ordered for you so I hoping this one fits well.
