College Muscle Moving

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] has ignored this issue in every way imaginable .  It has almost been 3 months since he moved us .  He knew of the issues .  Was willing to repair and or make financial resolution . Right after the fact .  Yet , has never made an effort to do anything .  All he ever had to do was work with us .  We would have been more than willing to accept payments . Or whatever could have been agreeable .  Instead he has totally ignored us .  Even a small good faith offer would have kept us with trust of his intentions .

becuase my original cell phone broke and all my contacts were synched to my phone only. He did not believe me and instead of asking for proof, which I could provide a receipt for my new phone and a picture or video of my broken phone. Instead, he called me stupid and continued to threaten me with bad reviews and legal action unless I agreed to his demand of payment of $1000. I told him I didn't trust him at this point and he continued toinsult and threaten me.  I have a great reputation and want to keep it that way. However, I am not going to let Mr. [redacted] extort $1000 from me because he was "unhappy" with his move.
