We will be returning to Deysi Ramirez, her $350.00 security deposit by certified mail, with return receipt, to address provided:[redacted] North Washington, DC [redacted]I did not act in anyway unprofessional, to this young lady. As stated before, the person Renting the hall is responsible for all guests (partygoers). She did clean the ballroom but not theparking lot.We have no proof of tickets not used, therefore we are not refunding this item and we are not charging her for cleaning the parking lot.I hope this will resolve this matter for Mrs. Ramirez.

In regards to [redacted]'s complaint against the College Park Moose, [redacted], College Park, Maryland.[redacted] had rented our site August 19, 2017 from 6:00pm until midnight. Security was on site as with all our rentals from 9:00am until 1:00pm and we use Prince...

George's County Police at a cost of S140.00. We also have one or two of our Lodge Officers on duty also.Our contract does have a clause that the room must be left clean and their S350.00 deposit will be returned. There is also a clause stating that they are responsible for cleaning of the parking lot which on this particular night, parking lot was left filthy due to the other people, MS13 members drinking etc., on parking lot.[redacted] did purchase drink tickets, haven't seen any leftover tickets.As far as me calling extra police, I was not present at this event and knew nothing of the problems until Monday, August 21'.When [redacted] called, I explained to her (not yelling) the problems that were explained to me about the problems that had occurred. The person renting the hall is responsible for their guests, whether it be invited guests or others, as per the Contract. I never told [redacted] that the MS13 members were invited but she is responsible for all her guests,Therefore, we feel she should not get any refund back due to cleaning of parking lot, extra police had to be called in and several other small problems.All of our Security stated it was getting out of hand and police closed the party down.However, after talking to our Board again, we would be willing to return her $350.00 Security deposit in good faith. She may call me and set up an appointment to pick it up during my working hours. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am until 2:30pm; Thursday 10:30am till 2:30pm.
