I have faxed them back the release form that they asked me to sign . This is so the company can refund me the 130.00 I am owed. I just sent the fax in on July 30 ,2015 the Fax was sent to Collage Pro Att: Matt O[redacted] @ ###-###-#### so I don't want this closed until I receive my refund.
