College Pro Painters PD 2017

The business contracted with me to paint the trim on my house on 6/14/18.
They said they would begin on or around mid july.
It is now 8/28/18 and they haven’t showed up. Further I have called them repeatedly for the last 3 days at a variety of times and no one answers. I have left messages to please return my calls. The messages have been ignored.
When we signed the contract we gave them a deposit of $600.00
