I am rejecting this response because:
Because Mr.*** *** did not ever send any lists of any coaches or colleges to either myself, husband or son for that matterWhen initial contract was signed *** DID NOT state any other paperwork needed to be completedIn inclusive of any financial aid paperworkHe continues to deny the fact that he did not communicate with my sonHe reached out to my son 2-timesDid not want communication from either myself or my husband because he was overwhelmed with the same questions on behalf of my son!
DID NOT SEND US ANY LISTS OF PROFILES MAILED TO COACHES OR COLLEGES!
Profile online was not completed thoroughly because he lied on initial application and told him soSo when and if he put profile online incorrect information was falsely submittedWe were waiting for sons school to update past semester grades to be upgradedAnd we told*** that!
FINANCIAL AID TEST- NEVER DONE OR ANY PAPERWORK IN REFERNECE TO IT WAS EVER GIVEN TO ANY ONE OF US! I inquired at time of signing contract- HE SAID I HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED!
UNLIMITED PROFSSIONAL GUIDANCE WAS NEVER GIVEN DUE TO THE INQUIRIES MY FAMILY WAS CONTACTING HIM CONSTANTLY!
I also have the emails trying to correspond with MrMcGarry, and there were many"! This man did not comply with our contract at all! I demand my money back"! He continues to deny the fact that he did not provide all that I paid for and totally breeched our contract!

The GPA was updated when notifiedWe went with the first GPA given to us because we cannot process
without it and we did not want to hold up the profile
The program they purchased did not include FAFSA or Financial Aid
There were numerous emails and phone messages with this family via *** ***yI can forward the emails if needed
Also, Mr*** set them up on a payment arrangementFirst payment was via check and the final two were credit cardThey requested to change the final payment because of money issues and it broken down into payments to help them out

Per the signed contact, College Prospects has met the obligations that are described in the contractThe client is stil active in our database and is on our websiteWe have not been notified if he has signed with a collegeIf there are updates to be made toth eprofile, please contact our ofice and we will take care of any changes and send the profile out to caochews again
We are a franchise-based businessYou may want to reach out to Mr*** who signed you up with our program and resove this issue with him if you do not want to continue with our service.

I am rejecting this response because:My sons profile and contract from the very beggining was not complied with in accordance with the rules and what I paid for in that contractAfter submitting emails to show from the beginning mr *** *** was not complying with my sons needs as per his profileAgain, I paid for a service and IT WAS NOT IN COMPLIANCE with what I paid forApparently , College Prospectus and mr *** *** did not read my emails and complaints because they want me to update them and let them know my son is in college with my help and with scholarship! Nobody is reading and definetly not doing their jobNobody has answered as to why he never was given FASFA test, or help in applying to collegeSo again I paid for services I did not receive College prospectus even says to contact *** *** because they are a franchise and I should be requesting refund from *** ***Yet nobody has informed me where they feel my contract was honoredI will contact *** *** and I ill request full refund yet again !

I am rejecting this response because:
He did not comply with my contract needsI also have a copy of my contract along with advertisementNone of which mr *** complied withAttached is what he offered , none of which he didI want a full refundMy son is now and I just had conversation about this matterHe called my son onceThen reported to my husband and myself not to constantly email, text on behalf of sons profile! He did not comply with any of my sons needs either! He did not update or email coaches He did not give him financial aid test! He certainly did not provide unlimited "professional" guidance!

We strive for excellent customer which is one of the reasons we have been in business for over years and we are rated as the top service in our fieldI regret that we failed to meet your expectations. In accordance with the contract:
 
 1. Premium Plan
 
(A) Profile was emailed to coaches and hard copy mailing was sent from CPOA Headquarters. A list of schools is attached that he was mailed to. A copy of the profile and list was sent to the family.
 
(B) Video was uploaded online 11/14/14
 
(C) Updates are done the same day they come in.
 
(D) Family did not complete the appropriate worksheet and return it to the home office in order for the Financial Aid Test and EFc to be complete.
 
(E) Video was completed.
