STAY AWAY! We hired Matt at Nichols Brothers to do at full kitchen renovationHe had a few licensed workers who did not speak English doing all of the workMatt never came to our house except for mins to pick up checksWe paid him over $20K and when we were in the middle of the project he stopped work and demanded us to pay him another $10K for overages and for additional items which we never agreed toWhen we asked for a line by line description of costs he was not able to provide oneMeanwhile we were living in a construction site with no kitchen for a month and a half while he refused to do the rest of the work and refused to return our money (He did $12K worth of work according to other contractors)In the end it turned out that he never pulled permits for our house (something that we paid him $2,to do) and the work done was not done correctly or by licensed contractors plumbers or electriciansNow we have had to hire another contractor and had re do what his guys didDo not get burned like we didDo not use this contractor!
