Review: I Gave something into the Cleaners, and they lost it. After a Month of not telling me that it was lost, they finally tell me. They said to give them two weeks to try and find out what happened. After the two weeks they told me to go and replace the item and to give them the receipt and they will reimburse me. I replaced it and gave them the receipt to get reimbursed, and still have not been paid back. They keep on telling me that the money is coming, and I am still waiting for it. I go in every few days, and they say they are still waiting for the money from the plant, from where they send their clothing to. They once gave me an excuse that there was a glitch in the plants system but assured me that all was taken care of and not to worry and I will get my money. BE AWARE THEY ARE LAIRS AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED WITH ANY OF YOUR CLOTHING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANERS.Desired Settlement: I want the money that I was promised.

Review: I gave in my shirt to dryclean 4 months ago. The drycleaners claim they dry cleaned it according to instructions

The red leather ran all over my $200 shirt and now it's completely ruined. I went to the cleaners at least 5 times, cause I wanted them to pay for my damaged shirt. And they told me they are working on it and are in touch with the manufacturer

. I told them I don't care but either your insurance or manufacturer has to pay me for the damage. After 4 months I gave up, I see ththey don't know how to deal with the situation aND their customers
