Many attempts have been made to contact Customer regarding matter. Check was issued for requested refund (by customer) and mailed to address on file for Customer on 10/22/15. During one attempt on 10/21 to contact Customer by phone a person identifying their self as Customer's wife answered the phone and was informed that refund would be sent. Several attempts by letter and phone (10/7, 10/21, 10/22, 11/1, 11/7) have been made to rectify complaint and unfortunately customer has been unresponsive.

Complaint was received from Revdex.com in regards to services rendered on 9/30/15. Customers complaint was received showing that they were unhappy about requested music dvd not being on bus. Unfortunately we do not provide music to customers as there is no way to gauge customer preference due to a large variety of genres of music. If this information was provided to customer, it was provided in error. Delay times listed do not coincide with driver information and records. Customer described driver as being very pleasant and doing a good job. Service records show that a/c - heat system worked during reservation and is currently functioning. We do not anticipate the errors that customer has listed but will be working directly with the customer to remedy this situation.
