The door lock mechanism on our washer broke so we weren't able to use it We called Appliance Repair Specialists and they scheduled a service call at our convenience within business day Eric serviced our appliance and was very professional He tested the washer to insure it was properly functioning before he left! I would highly recommend Eric at Appliance Repair Specialists!

This past August, my two roommates and I moved into one of the apartments in this complexThe apartment had working wireless internet for about two weeksThis service is advertised as free on the complex itself as well as on the website ( [redacted] )We had last talked to the apartment manager, Andrea, on August 25, On this date, she claimed that there would be internet service on and that it would not be the best until the installation was completedThis was after she had already given me an estimated completion date of August 21-23, The complex requires that we submit work orders as well as pay the rent onlineWithout this service, we are required to leave the premises in order to complete these necessary tasks

Was happy with the service Eric, the technician , was very good, and I would recommend them for repairs

BEWARE!! The latest manager peeps in windows & goes through stuff when you aren't there! He tried to hit me today when I confronted him, so I called the copsBE SAFE, LOOK ELSEWHERE TO RENT! CTA's main boss, Ryan S***, told me his manager was under a lot of stress & that's why he did that to meHe even admitted to the cop he came after meYOU DON'T MAKE EXCUSES FOR ABUSERS!!!SCARY for adults, especially with children or females! I have a copy of my move in paper stating how disgusting the carpets were upon moving inOn 3-31-I completed my walkthrough with the Property Manager to which he verbally assured me the only thing I would be charged for upon move out was cleaning of the stoveI requested a copy of this paperwork to which I was told it would be mailed to meFoolishly I obligedI believe it was days later I realized it was foolish to take his word so I again requested a copy and personally went to the main office to retrieve itUpon my arrival he made me a copy right then and there, it had been changed twiceonce stating they were charging me 2000.00$ for carpets, that was later crossed out and changed to 180.00$ for carpet cleaningWhich all changes were initialed on the paper by the managerIrritated I cut my losses and was under the impression I would be receiving my deposit minus the 245.00$ that was on the paperA loss I was taking as an educational experience to always get documentati

We submitted a service call for a refrigerator problem and were pleasantly surprised when a service tech could visit us within two hours of our call Every thing with our fridge checked out okay and the tech suggested we unplug the unit and start from scratch After several hours of the ice buion the ice maker thawed we replugged and waited for the temps to normalize Ta-da! All went back to normal We were not even charged for a service call since our tech could not correct our problem which he surely did as a result of good advice
Will definitely keep this phone number available for future use

I had trouble with my LG dryer so I called Appliance Repair Specialists and was pleasantly surprised with Shannon the receptionist She was very helpful and friendly, a pleasure to deal with! Eric was the technician who came to service the dryer and again I was super pleased He was right on time, took time to explain things to me and spent plenty of time diagnosing the problem He was very knowledgeable and I will definitely call again when in need of appliance service I will pass along my great experience to my friends Thank you !

Very professional and knowledgeable service tech. He had the parts on his truck and was done the same day and the price was great too. Very happy and will call them again.

This business has exceptionally shady business practices. They initially refused to terminate the lease where under contract they were obliged to do so. They followed up by claiming to not have received any notifications by fax or email. When I arrived in person to ensure they received the materials, they informed me they did not wish to sign it and verify it was received even though it was written as procedure int he contract.

One year later I received a call from a collection agency regarding unpaid "administrative fees." No notices were provided by the company prior to sending to the collections agency. I cannot in good faith recommend their business practices.

Cannot say enough positive about service provided by Appliance Repair Specialists. They scheduled appointment promptly, diagnosed problem, and installed a new ice maker. Another company had installed a faulty ice maker one week prior.

I am writing this review because I am SO PLEASED with the service I received from Appliance Repair Specialists. Eric is the service representative that fixed my Amana refrigerator. He was very diligent, timely with the appointment, and very polite and professional. I can't say enough positive things about the service I received. I would recommend this company to everyone.

College town would not be my first or last recommendation. I am ready to leave this place due mostly to the fact this place is going down hill. The noise is a big issue. There was a roach problem but have been dealt with in my apartment. Living by the pool is terrible since that is where all the noise comes from, there should not be windows because of the amount of noise that comes until 3am. This complex lives up to the name, meaning drugs and no short supply of parties. The next day will incur unsightly memories of vomit, trash and beer cans along with the dog crap that is left on the walkways.
