Hugely disappointed in the company. Initial visit, my husband was impressed with quote and Mr. [redacted]. Work day - a disaster. Mr. [redacted] was RUDE. The job was fast and very very sloppy. It involved a rock wall having to be fixed by concreting in the rocks. He quickly threw the ugly concrete on the wall, then just put the rocks up quickly without placing them (left larger concrete gaps). Then concrete was all over the top of the rocks. They had an old blue tarp on the sidewalk (which I'm responsible for in Oro Valley) and when they threw the heavy rocks onto the sidewalk, left blue tarp in the sidewalk. The did, however, come out to fix (as best they could) the concrete on the rocks and the sidewalk with an acid wash. I did feel pretty comfortable in trusting him to come out to fix the job as best he could. And he did.
If enough time had been invested in the initial work, none of this would have happened. Along with his rudeness, he was not into talking at the initial visit at all. So much of this mess could have been prevented with a little communication and care for the job.
