To Whom It May Concern: I can understand why [redacted] is confused about the bond in question seeing as how she isn't the person who signed the bond contract with our company and is not the person on bond. The bond contract is between AAA Bonding Agency, Inc. and [redacted]. However,...
the bond is open and in full force according to Immigration. Our company has not received any bond cancellation notice. As such, the parties must continue to perform under the terms of the bond contract. The bond has been open since March 2011. The bond process has been explained to [redacted] countless times.
