Collier Condo Management ("CCM") owes me $and, in addition, has failed to follow Flordia statues in regard to rental property
On 1/8/2016, I entered into a one-year lease agreement for the apartment at ***, Unit #*, *** FL ***The lease agreement was made with Bill (WF.) F* who stated he was the owner of Collier Condo Management ("CCM")
Around 4/18/2016, I was hand-delivered a letter stating that MrF* had sold his business to Edward B***
Approximately two weeks before 7/23/2016, I asked MrB*** if it would be possible for me to break my lease so I could take advantage of a job opportunity in IllinoisI explained to MrB*** that I was NOT going to move out early unless I could do so without having to forfeit my last month's rentMrB*** said it was a good time of year to rent apartments and that he'd get back to meA few days later, he informed me that he had a prospective renter for my unitI asked him if th
