Collier Electric, LLC Reviews (2)

From: Brandy C*** Sent: Wednesday, November 16, 10:AMSubject: File/Complaint No***, email 1Dear Mr***:We are in receipt of your notice of complaint being pursued by *** ***, File No***. First and foremost, Mrs
*** has deceived everyone involved, including the social media site which she defamed my company, and now has requested your services. Mrsand Mr***’s total balance is $427.98, not the $that she claimsSecondly, there are two dates in which services were provided to Mrand Mrs***, July 14, 2016, and July 28, 2016. Mrs*** “claims” that a quote was provided to her by an ex-employee, Rob Although Mrs*** has claimed on social media that Rob sided with her, I have a recording in which Rob states differentlyMrs*** claims that Rob quoted her $for the servicesRob quoted $for a portion of the work completed at the request of Mrsand /or Mr***The work that Rob quoted was for the installation of RG-cable from the outside of the house to the electrical panelRob was not present for the job but two other employees were, and Mrsand/or Mr*** asked that additional services be provided, such as, running the RG-cable from the panel to a jack by the fireplace and adding an additional outlet next to the panel for a cable modemThis work was completed on July 28, 2016. Mrs*** further claims that the work performed on July 14, 2016, was to repair prior work done to the home before her purchaseWork orders from the prior job were reviewed and it has been determined that that particular work had NOT been done by Collier Electric and therefore was not subject to any warranty. Below is the accounting of the occurrences of communication. On October 25, 2016, my office assistant left a voice message for Mrand/or Mrs*** regarding their overdue balance. On October 26, 2016, my office assistant received a return call from Mrs***Mrs*** claimed that the fixed outlet shouldn't be billed because Collier did the basement remodel for the prior homeowner and that Rob had given a verbal quote of $for work she was requestingMrs*** was told that Collier Electric does NOT provide verbal quotes, only written quotes are honored My office assistant told Mrs*** that the employee whom provided her with the “verbal quote” was no longer with the company, and that only Bryan gives quotes/bids/estimates as that is company policy, that if the employee did do that then it may be good that he is no longer an employee My assistant told Mrs*** that she would look into the matter and get back with her. In a “good faith effort” based on Mrs*** allegations, and unbeknownst to me, my office assistant revised the invoice to a reduced amount for the service provided on July 14, My assistant then left a voice message for Mrand/or Mrs*** regarding this change. The following day, my office assistant was able to make contact with the prior homeowner and did verify that some miscellaneous work had been done for the prior homeowner but Collier Electric did not do a remodel and that the work being claimed had been done by Collier Electric, in fact, had notThe prior homeowner agreed that the work performed was complete and worked satisfactorily upon his sale of the home.Later that day, Mrs*** posted on a social media page, LC Valley Reviews, bashing the company and spewing non-truths of the occurrences. On October 28, 2016, my office assistant received a return call from Mrs***My assistant told Mrs*** that based on the prior events that future communication would be in writingAfter speaking with me, reviewing all work orders and Mrs***’s posts on social media, it was determined that all work was completed as requested by the ***’s and Mrand Mrs***’s invoice was returned to its original amount Mrs*** then posted an update on her original rant further bashing my company and office assistant. On October 30, 2016, I received an email from Mrs***My assistant drafted a response on November 1, 2016, and I responded to her on November 3, 2016, when I was next in the office to tend to my emails(not the week that she claims it took.) Further, Mrs*** claims that I basically called her a liar, which is false, I did nothing but state facts that she manipulated and twisted to fit her needs and to bash my company on social mediaAs far as stating that I’ll be sending her to collections, my monthly statements have language that if the balance is not paid in days the accounts will be sent to our collection agencyI have an obligation to let her know that that is the case with her balance.Mrs*** complained via social media about services she received and bashed the company despite our attempts to resolve the issueMrs*** is an attention seekerCollier Electric was happy to look into her issues and try to come to a resolve but after reading her social media she clearly states that the work performed was additional work she had requested ,that the issues were not previous and were not warranty work, and she was happy with the outcome of our services. Our advance apology for the redundancy in the attachments, we want to ensure that you have all available information to make you determination and resolve this issue timelyThe attachments are rather large, so several emails will be sent providing the attachments. Truly yours, Bryan C***, Collier ElectricAttachments:Work Orders ( 7/14/and 7/28/16)Statement ( 10/21/16)Invoice with copy of 10/28/letter to Mrand Mrs***Screenshots from LC Valley ReviewsMrs***’s email to Bryan of Collier Electric (10/30/16)Bryan of Collier Electric email to Mrs*** (11/3/w/attached letter dated 11/1/16)Voice recording of conversation with Rob of 11/8/16Mrs***’s email to Bryan of Collier Electric (11/10/16)Thank You, Collier Electric Brandy
