I was not complaining about a faulty stove to begin withHe is trying to devert the real problem of a downdraft to other issuesI have talked to professionals about it and yes there are ways to remedy thisIt goes to show you who is the real professional hereI will go to other companies to get this resolvedI do not want this person on my property againIt's an easy way out for him by reading his response
