Thank you for getting back to me Unfortunately, I no longer have the credit card I used to pay the bill for the towing I wish I had the same credit card as well as I would have accepted the resolution What should I do at this point?

I believe I received that information while I was abroad and did not have had the chance to write a follow up Anyway, I would have accepted the $refund However, since then I had not received any contacts from Collier's Towing Am I supposed to contact them? Personally, I would like to avoid talking to them or meeting with them directly Hope to hear back from you soon

The business called the Revdex.comit was stated that the customer can call the business over the phone with the new card number and she can apply the amount to it and mail a receipt per their policy a check can't be mailed

There was no warning, no paper work at all. Someone from the company stopped by and towed my car with no reason at all. The parking tag is bright red and was appropriately displayed. All other information was already noted in the complaint so I feel that perhaps, someone did not read the complaint. This whole thing was an invasion of personal property as far as I'm concerned. I would like to know that I will not be towed again while I am under contract during the duration of my lease at *** ***

I spoke with the business she states that she spoke with the customer after this incident took placeOne vehicle was fully attached and the other was in the process of being attached to the truck
It was at this time the customer came out and had an issue with the cars being towedWhile the complaint said they did not know they were parking in resident only parking, the customer’s daughter has a signed lease with this property and would know where the parking is for guests
This business reviews this lots because there have been so many complaints from residents attempting to park close to their home and been unable to because non stickered vehicles are parking where they shouldn’tThis property is also out of the city limits so the business could have charged whatever price she wanted to as there are no set prices as there are in the cityHowever, the business did not do that and was consistent with the prices set by the cityIt is $for a towed or completely attached car and for a drop, which is how the second vehicle was when the customer came out to the situationThe customer was charged and

I cannot believe that they are making these excuses now when they were happy to install a spare tire and did not mention anything about the tire sizes being different Furthermore even though the spare tire was different in size, it was only one inch smaller for the rim while the total size of the wheel was still the same as the stock That difference does not cause the tire to start fall apart in the middle of driving after 15mins of driving at less than 50mph
I want to be very clear here about this They never asked me or warned me when I asked do you guys install spare tire instead of towing They just said yes we do Here we can do it here And the employee did the service During the service, the employee had some trouble tightening the bolts I asked him whether he think the tire would be safe to drive He answered affirmatively unless I drive to PA and he assured me that he did enough to have me the car drive around the town safely
Well, I could not even get back to home
In my honest opinion, they should stop this tire size difference nonsense It only shows that they were either aware of the possible problem at the time they were giving the service and nonetheless assured me it would be safe to drive knowing that I would rely on their statement and pay for the service; or did not notice at the time and now making these excuses which do not change the fact that their service was inadequate
Lastly, she is keep blaming her poor and inappropriate feedback on other factors Too many customers at the time in our previous discussion and now that our phone connection was poor NOPE We had multiple moments where we clearly understood each other and she deliberately ignored my call when I said I can record the conversation She said she does not care Go ahead Goodbye Wish I was in other countries where the phone recording was much easier She should admit that she had bad temper and acted outrageously to a customer in distress and apologize for that Not about too crowded place nor the bad phone connection
While *** or *** is not a dispositive fact about a company's reputation, you can see that they get 1star out of five That tells something

First of all, I appreciate that you communicated with Collier's Towing Service on behalf of me However, I am not satisfied with their response
I am not here to hear their after thought excuses I wanted to hear their sincere apology and refund for the service that they do not deserve
As discussed below, their excuses do not justify their misbehavior
(1) Not only did they fail to install the spare tire properly, they also blatantly ignored when I called them to explain what had happened and asked for help They mocked me
(2) It is upsetting to hear their excuses in regards to the improper installation of the tire It was them who installed the spare tire
Talking about differing sizes in the tires at this point does not make sense Had they thought that the spare tire would fall apart while I am driving back, they should have warned me, refused to install, and advised me to tow the car instead Instead, they gladly took the task, and they failed Are they saying, instead of they were being negligent, they were reckless and disregarded the risks that I had to assume?
(3) While distressed upon discovering the spare tire that Collier's Towing Service installed was falling apart, and their lack of responsibilities in their mistake,
I had to do everything by myself again I had to lift up the car and tightened bolts and nuts, the labor I paid to them Why do they get to keep the money?
I am truly disappointed by their response and their insist on making excuses

*** *** called from the business and said that she is more than willing to look into this matter to determine the details of this incidentHowever, in order to do this she needs to see a copy of the tow ticket to determine the details of why this was towed

Revdex.com spoke with the businessOnce again the issue with the holds and disconnected calls was a phone issues and *** *** from the business does apologize for that issuethe call was a police tow call and the price charges is in accordance to thatthe customer's tires are larger than the spare that he had in his car, but he did not want to towed to the tire store because they did not have the correct size and model and would have to order it for this customerThe customer then waited the spare on the car and the business did as the were told once it was clear that even though this was a call to be towed the customer did not want that

Revdex.com spoke with *** *** from the businessShe states that the is a flat rotation charge done and they are of stations in that rotationShe does apologize for the issues with the phone, there were a lot of people in the shop at that time and cell phones do not always get the best service
The issue with the tire is that the spare the customer had was a different size than the other tires
