Provider installed two pieces of equipment during the summer months. Numerous calls have been made, no Problem 1:Called and left message at business Friday, October 11. Air conditioner line outside had ice buildup, upstairs unit not cooling. This problem occurred earlier in the year, replaced coil $1,400. We have not had a return phone call to address the problem.Problem 2:Service provider installed parts to a blower fan May 31 2013, cost $377. When we switched to heat Sunday night. Blower fan will not turn on when heat system is on. The blower runs when A/C is on. Called and left numerous messages on Monday, October 21 and Tuesday October 22. No return phone call. Desired SettlementWe want the business to call us back and come and fix the problem.
