I am rejecting this response because: after a phone conversation with [redacted] on the day of the late fee notice, he reported that we should have just called him and let him know so he would not have assessed the fee. In his message to the Revdex.com, he says he uniformly enforces the rules of the park. That is clearly not the case when he would have waived it if he knew in advance. We have a newborn and a lot on our minds with that. Again, have never been late in all the time we have lived here. The park is not being reasonable and this needs to be escalated to the park owner for a fair response. There is definitely unfair treatment amongst the tenants and he would not even listen to the reason for the small delay but instead raised his voice and talked over my wife in person and myself on the phone. There are other places to leave and the renters here will not be bullied into submission. Please escalate this to the park owner since [redacted] is not able to provide customer service.

Mr. [redacted] has submitted a complaint with the Revdex.com regarding his $50 late fee. Lot rent at Collins Aire Mobile Home Park is...
due on the 1s` of every month and is considered late after midnight on the 5th. His complaint also stated that his wife brought the payment to the office in the morning when she actually came in at 1:30 P.M. It is park policy to uniformly enforce Park Rules and Regulations. Regarding the complaint about the water outage on Saturday February 28th 2015 a 6 inch main line was discovered leaking. We immediately contacted professionals to fix this problem. Water was shut off to the Park from Saturday morning through Sunday evening. Monday morning we discovered that the fix from the weekend did not hold and were forced to shut the water off to the Park again and have the professionals attempt to fix the problem again. They were able to fix the problem by late Tuesday and we were able to turn the water on that evening fully by about 9 P.M. The cause of the leak was a tree root that had grown under the line and pushed it up to the point it broke.
