I was very excited to get a brand new HVAC installed in my home All I had was a furnace that only heated up the main living space The guys were very clean and conscientious about my home because the entire system was installed in the attic and the access was from my bedroom closet They were very quiet and the job was done in the amount of days they said it would be done Great job and I would recommend to family and friends for a new system, repair, cleaning, consultation, and etc Thanks [redacted] for your expertise and a great crew**

NWP installed a new furnace in my home last yearI paid separately for a duct test, but they have refused to get a finalized permit inspectionThat permit will soon expire, if it has not alreadyOne of the ducts they installed has fallen down and torn; the wires leading to the thermostat have also fallen down across the doorI called and asked them to come out to fix, and to schedule the final inspectionThey never showed, When I called to ask where they were, they rescheduledAt that later date, they sent out a technician to survey the problems; he promised he would return the following Thursday to fix them, and would schedule the inspection for Friday morningNone of these things occurredI have received no reply to my numerous attempts to contact themSo, at this point I have a working furnace, drooping and torn ducts, falling wires, no final inspection, and am missing one register because it was taken to match the size by the technicianIn addition, there is a discrepancy
