As stated before there was a hold on the vehicleThis lady doesn't understand the laws and clearly thinks we are crooks, even though we followed all lawsWe did everything requested by law enforcement and her stories have hanged multiple times since day oneFrom who was driving, what stuff she wanted tonis "pocketing" the money, is "wanting" her stuff formourswves from her carShe doesn't realize we are not a fly by night company and have tow trucks and tow for law enforcement agencies and have very high standards to do soWe followed all laws and what we had to do

I am rejecting this response because:
The Police never had my car on a gold and because I never disrespected them and I have a police report showing there uncooperative ness they are a very bad business and wanted my things out of my car for themselves as I was told, further more they threatened my life when I spoke with them multiple times

We dropped the vehicle off right where her email and credit card authorization told us toThere was no one at the mini storage as she stated and there is no mini storage unit she statedSo we dropped it RIGHT next to the units for herNOT miles away in someone’s front yard as they claimAGAIN, a scam, someone wanting something done for free!

We agreed to the job as we were told someone would be there at the receiving endWhen arrived on scene the storage unit number we were given did not existThere was NOONE on the receiving endWe called multiple times and never got a call backWe emailed and finally got an email back from Wes at
2:31am! Almost hours after we did the jobIf you are h omg your vehicle towed you should have all people in place as you stayed and also be on standby for a phone call/email with questions especially in a situation like this

Good Afternoon, This vehicle was towed per St.Cloud Police, it was involved in a crashWe had a hold per the police department until further noticeWhen she called we did not have a release from the police department yet, she then continued to call and harass our employees, times the
day it happened, times the following day(sunday), times on Monday, we explained to her she needed to quit calling and harassing out employees, harassing as in swearing and calling the staff namesWe explained to her once the police department release the vehicle she could pay the complete tow bill or a small fee and sign the title over to us as the car was totaled and she didn't have insurance on the vehicleAll belongings in the vehicle are legally ours until the tow bill is paid or they can show they meet the qualifications of the state statue for retrieving the belongings for freeShe then showed us she is on county assistance and paperwork that she met those qualifications and retrieved her items at no chargeIn her letter to you she claims she apologized, she never has to this day, even when she got her belongings she still threatened to sew us and was very rudeWhen a police department has a vehicle towed and has a hold in place we are not allowed to go above the laws head and let anything go or happen until we are told we can, but we also have company policies and fees for providing a tow service Thanks, James ***

I am rejecting this response because: that is not true. It’s a common lie from the company how I found out via their Facebook reviews. I have proof in a email see attachment .  I just don’t know how to attach it. I have paid 118.39$ To get it towed from rollingview drive to st joe mini storage. I was told y’all dropped it in front of the storage unit. What was another lie! My car is 2 miles away from that storage unit parked in somebody’s front yard!!!! With the keys inside the car and the car unlocked! I’m glad my car was found and not stolen. I paid for a certain way. Since my car didn’t make it to the destination the least y’all could do is refund my money and apologize instead of fighting constantly with y’all customers! I will now get a email today from the storage facilty to proof that u dropped it in somebody’s yard 2 miles away. I will attach that tomorrow. Thank god the storage unit is service men friendly and the lady went above and beyond in her customer service job and found my car!
